Clamped with homemade ratchet belts
Clamped with homemade ratchet belts and one or two corner clamps. I add the corner clamps after fully tightening the ratchet belt. They help to stabilize the setup while glue dries.
I converted regular ratchet tie-down straps with hooks at either end to a continuous loop strap by removing the short, fixed hook end. After removing the hook from the long strap, I sewed one end to the post from which the fixed end had been removed using a strong “Box with X” pattern.
